Romanian Land Forces Pivot to Large-Scale Operations: ISR Brigade Commander

 

Armies around the world are undergoing major transformations - away from limited contingencies, similar to Iraq and Afghanistan and looking at re-assessing combat during large-scale operations. 

Colonel Virgil Nice Florescu, Commander of 18 ISR Brigade in the Romanian Army spoke to Defence Leaders about some of the key takeaways from recent military exercises and what it means to prepare for large scale combat.
