Ukraine Strikes Russian Territory With Storm Shadow Missiles

It looks like Ukraine has used Franco-British Storm Shadow missiles for the first time inside Russia, after pictures of the exploded ordinance circulated on social media today. 

The Storm Shadow is an aerial-launched missile with a warhead weighing around 900 pounds that is able to reach targets as far away as 250 km. 

While the detonation of the missile was not preceded by a formal announcement from U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, it follows a series of warnings from the Kremlin that long-range strikes are dragging the world closer to nuclear war.
