Mr. Dinçer BATIRBEK is a senior procurement and defence industry official who have been working with the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB) of Türkiye for 27+ years. He participated in several national and international procurement programs as project officer, technical manager and project manager. He also served as Aircraft Programs Manager, Head of Department for Weapon System Programs, Head of Department for EW & Radar Programs. He was the head of the Turkish teams in A400M and JSF Programs. He currently works as SSB G2G Programs Coordinator and NATO DIPB Supply Chain Security WG lead. He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
