Duncan has had a varied career across the British Army, DE&S and NATO. He has deep experience in integrated logistics, having run a inventory management transformation programme and an Operating Centre.

Following his time in Kuwait on Op INHERENT RESOLVE where he established a NATO programme of logistics, he established NATO’s Standing Joint Logistic Support Group (SJLSG) and was its inaugural commander, for which he received the Supreme Allied Commander Europe’s Recognition Award.

He returned to DE&S to demonstrate the value and path to implementation of Digital Product Life Cycle Management. He now works with Jacobs as a Logistics Specialist.
