degree in Military Sciences from the “Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras” (2004), a degree in Fortification and Construction Engineering in “Instituto Militar de Engenharia” (2010) and a master’s degree in Defense Engineering in “Instituto Militar de Engenharia” (2016).

International experience as a member of the UN project team in Haiti and as a professor at the"Facultad de Ingeniería Civil-ESMIC" in Bogotá, Colombia. He is currently a professor at the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) in the Fortification and Construction Engineering Course.

Experience in the field of Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Highways; Design and Construction; Dams: design, simulation of rupture and flooding; Water Resources, hydrology and hydraulics.
