He was born in 1970 in Karvina city, Silesia, Czech Republic.


He graduated from Military Academy of Antonin Zapotocky in Brno in 1994 and was commissioned to rank of Lieutenant.


Abroad he progressed Signal Captain Carrier Course in Fort Gordon Augusta, Georgia and Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, USA (2002 - 2003).


After graduation he served on various signal specialty and command positions of Air Force of Army of Czech Republic (Tower duty leading officer, Office and Company commander) in Air Force HQ and CIS Division of Army of Czech Republic (Brno 1994 - 1999 and Prague 2000 - 2011).


He served as United Nation Observer and Leading officer of United Nation Mission Contingent in Iraq in Suleymania, Iraq (1999 - 2000).


In 2011 he finished military carrier as Air Force Major and he is Active reservist of this Force. 2012 he was assigned as Defense Security Director of INDRA Sistemas Company in Prague office. He was responsible for armaments projects for Air Force and Ground Forces of Army of Czech Republic.


His carrier was continuing as Project manager in Military Technical Institute of Air Force and Air Defense Forces in Prague. His portfolio was CIS projects of Ground Forces of Army
of Czech Republic.

His current position is now Project manager/Desk officer for armament and acquisitions of tank vehicles projects (T-72 M4CZ, Leopard 2A4 and Leopard 2A8) from May 2022.
