Osman SOYLU spent nearly 17 years in the Turkish Defense Industries Agency (SSB) where he held variety of responsibilities mainly in the rotary and fixed wing major acquisition projects. His was the Fixed Wing Programs Manager before he joins OCCAR in 2016 and his portfolio covered F16, F35 and A400M Programs.

He joined OCCAR and served as the A400M Deputy Programme Manager for nearly 8 years. He has significant experience in the international collaborative program management from both national and multinational perspectives.

He joined the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) in 2024, where he is working as the Principle Project Development Officer under Acquisition Directorate for ensuring start-up and initiation of new acquisition projects and programmes in the Agency.
