Shaun Clarke was commissioned into The Parachute Regiment on 8 August 2009 after completing training at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He served in 2 PARA through to Adjt in 2017 and 3 PARA as an OC between 2020-2022. His career has included a variety of positions including Intelligence Officer, Heavy Weapons Platoon Commander and instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

He is currently serving as SO2 Urban Warfare Development in the Combat Manoeuvre Centre
