Mr. Kirkpatrick has over 24 years experience in defense and particularly Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE).  In those 24 years he worked as an engineer, program manager, and International Business Development director in support of ASE programs in both IR and RF countermeasures, predominantly for Rotary Wing Aircraft.  Prior to joining BAE Systems Mr. Kirkpatrick was an Aeromedical Evacuation Pilot, Instructor Pilot, and Operations Officer in the U.S. Army and was rated in both UH-1 and UH-60 aircraft.
