He joined government in 2005 and is responsible for project management, finance and business development. He worked as an expert / manager in projects such as the National Fighter Aircraft (Kaan) Development Project, ALTAY Project Prototype Production, M60 Tank Modernisation and Mobile Amphibious Assault Bridge. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Bilkent University, a Finance Certificate from ZB Banking School and an MBA from the University of California, Davis. He has a thesis on the technical support provider model in defence industry product development projects. He is currently working as Tank Programs Branch Manager. He is involved in training activities on topics such as multinational project management, foreign language negotiation techniques, and participates in the specialised NATO committees.
