Mrs. Celeste DiSciullo is a dynamic and accomplished leader in the defense sector, bringing nearly two decades of experience driving interoperability, international cooperation, and the delivery of cutting-edge capabilities to the Warfighter. Currently serving as the Associated Director of the DoD CREW Single Manager and PMEW & C International Lead, she plays a critical role in enhancing allied effectiveness and responsible technology transfer through the delivery of cutting-edge electronic warfare solutions. In this role, Mrs. DiSciullo oversees the complete lifecycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, cultivating international partnerships that elevate mission readiness and capabilities. Her visionary leadership demonstrates a proven ability to navigate complex international programs and strengthen strategic alliances directly contributing to enhanced partner capabilities. Previously, as Product Support Manager for the Product Lead Electronic Attack (PL EA), Mrs. DiSciullo focused on delivering cutting-edge electronic warfare capabilities to the Army Warfighter. Her career with the U.S Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Program Executive Office Command, Control Communications and Network (PEO C3N) and PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEW&S)began in 2006. Since then, Mrs. DiSciullo has held numerous critical positions, including the Transition to Sustainment (T2S) Manager role, leading logistics support for multiple programs, and serving as ILS Team Lead for the Mission Network (MN) program, leading a team of over 25 professionals. Her leadership and dedication in these roles earned her numerous accolades and awards, including a Department of the Army Civilian Service Commendation Medal (2023) and the Department of the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service (2019)Mrs. DiSciullo’s foundation in integrated logistics support and maintenance management consistently delivers program success and strengthens national security, particularly in the areas of spectrum dominance and integrated EW capabilities. She is eager to contribute her expertise to discussions on the evolving challenges and opportunities facing future land forces. Mrs. DiSciullo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration from Stockton University.
