Agnieszka Gugała-Szczerbicka is an Air Law specialist and specialist in the field of regulations for unmanned aircraft systems at the Air Force Institute of Technology. She graduated in law from the Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw and studied aviation law at the Lazarski University. Currently, she is a PhD student at Lazarski University and a member of the group of experts from Poland in JARUS (Joint Authorities for Rulemaking on Unmanned Systems). Agnieszka has also authored scientific publications in the field of drone operations and law.
As a participant and speaker at scientific conferences, she has addressed various topics, including the legal aspects of performing unmanned aircraft flights, medical and cargo drone transport, the use of unmanned aircraft systems in remote sensing, designating geographical zones for UAS flights, and the stages of integrating unmanned aircraft into the Polish airspace.
At the Air Force Institute of Technology, Agnieszka is involved in projects related to the operations and certification of UAS.
