A senior RM officer and Naval Aviator with extensive military experience, spanning embarked, littoral and land aviation operations, ground combat and joint fires, in all environments ranging from the Arctic to the Persian Gulf. Possesses deep expertise in capability development and acquisition, with a focus on meeting the unique requirements of specialist users for UK and NATO operations. Currently working as a trusted advisor to the UK MoD and Defence sector, providing expert guidance on capability and concept development, enhancing organisational output and strategic planning. Recent work includes support to UK Defence review for discreet capabilities, Commando Force lethality and Wildcat future development for UK Navy, and concept of employment work for specialist elements of NATO.
