Head of Rotary Wing Investment Plans, Netherlands Air and Space Force Command
Lieutenant-Colonel Jordy van Reisen is currently serving as senior staff officer at the Royal Netherlands Air and Space Force (RNLASF) and is responsible for defining future Rotary Wing requirements and investment plans, as well as NLD SOF Air capability development.
Jordy has been an AS532 U2 Mk2 Cougar pilot since 2010. Building upon his tactical and operational skills, he has gained broad experience in several staff roles including Product Manager for the Cougar helicopter and as an investment plans advisor to the CHOD. In this last role he was responsible for defining the requirements for the SOF Air Rotary Wing programme, including the acquisition of the H225M Caracal helicopter.
