Research Fellow, Institute for Strategy and Politics at the Ludovika University of Public Service
I’ve studied political science and graduated with an equivalent to an MA in 2009. In I enrolled as a PhD student at Corvinus University of Budapest, and defended my thesis in June 2014. Later in 2015 I won a postdoctoral scholarship from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences for a period of two years about the Vietnam War. I’ve written a book about the modern history of Vietnam. In April 2019 I’ve started working as a current affairs researcher at the Center for Strategic and Defense Studies, and since 2024 I work at its successor institution, the John Lukacs Institute for Strategy and Politics at the Ludovika University of Public Service in Budapest. I concentrate my research on issues of armed conflict and political violence.
