Matas Radavičius

With 5 years experience in LIT defence industry ecosystem, I bring a strong foundation in defnse policy, strategic research and implementation. My career began with a research tenure at the Office of the President of Lithuania, where I lead a major 2022 study outlining recommendations for the development of a national defence industry. Several of these proprosals are now being impletmented, and I remain actively involved in supporting their realisation.

My academic background in International Relations and Political Science focussed on global defence and security developments, including participation in 2 research projects related to Lithuania’s defence sector. During my time at the president’s office, I had the opportunity to collaborate with key policy makers, academics and industry experts which significantly deepend my expertise and network in the field. I continue to apply this knowledge to support innovative defence and security initiatives at the national level.
