mILITARY personnel, Government department representatives and other validated end-users

Attendance is FREE for full-time serving military personnel, non-commercial government department representatives and other validated end users. We also have a limited number of spaces for Academia and other notable research institutions upon application.

Examples of other validated end-users include; UN personnel, humanitarian and relief agencies, and Emergency Services personnel.

If we determine that your organisation does not meet this criteria or provides products, services (including consultancy) or solutions to land forces you will not qualify for a free pass and must purchase a delegate pass.

Industry Representatives

Industry delegates representing organisations that provide products, services—including consultancy—or solutions to naval forces are granted full access to all conference briefings and the exhibition space with the purchase of a delegate pass. This access offers a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the land force community and remain informed about the latest developments in the sector.

Attending the event as a delegate provides several important benefits. Delegates gain direct access to key end-user decision-makers through the event’s Networking App and can take part in all scheduled networking functions. They also receive detailed insight into future requirements and procurement plans, operational feedback from serving military personnel, and updates on both current and upcoming naval programmes and projects.

Members of the media interested in attending the event must do so through an official media partnership. This approach ensures that all press engagement is aligned with the event’s purpose and supports constructive, professional coverage. We work closely with our media partners to maintain a respectful and informed environment for all participants.

As part of our commitment to protecting the integrity of the event and the relationships it fosters, all media requests are carefully reviewed, and attendance is granted at our discretion.

Terms & Conditions: Payment is due in full by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) upon completion of this registration form. By returning this registration form you agree to Defence Leaders Ltd (DL) contacting you on the telephone number provided to receive card details so that we may charge your credit card for the amount stated above in order to secure your conference package. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment has been made by credit card and cleared funds are received in full. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received. All payments will be issued with a receipt and the delegate is liable to pay any necessary taxes (for example VAT) where applicable. DL reserves the right to cancel, defer or otherwise modify proceedings without prior notice or liability to you. If DL are unable to deliver any of the benefits or features previously advertised, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Provided the fee has been paid in full, substitutions can be made at no extra charge. Cancellations will not be credited. If DL cancels an event, payments received at the cancellation date will be credited for use at a future conference, or in the event of postponement by DL, a rescheduled date. DL is not responsible for loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation due to an event or series of connected events outside of our reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts or threats of terrorism, strike actions, lock-outs or other industrial action or a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness). No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations.
