Training and Exercise Division Head, NATO Joint Force Training Centre
Colonel Stover has served 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps from the tactical level to Joint Task Forces and Combatant Commands with deployments across the Middle East, South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. She has experience in military intelligence, special operations, cyberspace operations, information operations, security cooperation, and defense innovation. Most recently she supported U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa developing interoperability programs with NATO partners and allies and was part of the Marine Innovation Unit providing critical insights and solutions to Marine Corps problem sets. In her current role at NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland, she leads the Training and Exercise Division through end-to-end exercise lifecycle design, delivery, and assessment for NATO Force Structure and NATO Command Structure audiences. She is also responsible for developing JFTC’s initial AI capability to accelerate warfighter readiness and adaptability through transformational training and exercises.
