Dr Lisanne Kleygrewe

Dr. Lisanne Kleygrewe is a Senior Specialist in Modelling and Simulation at the Royal Netherlands Army Simulation Centre. Her research interests focus on human performance, training and education, and the use of immersive and simulation-based technologies to support decision-making, learning, and operational readiness in the military context. Dr. Kleygrewe obtained a PhD in performance psychology in 2023 and worked as docent and post-doctoral researcher for operational military performance at the Free University Amsterdam before assuming her position as Deputy Chief of the Department of Knowledge, Innovation and Coordination of the Simulation Centre Land Operations.
