and countermeasures Training Centre; EOD Coy Commander; Heavy Combat Engineering Company
Commander; Head of the Infrastructure protection Centre of Competencies; Head of the mitigation section at
the NATO Counter-IED Centre of Excellence in Madrid.
Author and co-author of several books and papers on explosives and blast mitigation.
