LTC Lauri Teppo

LTC Teppo has served in the Estonian Defense Forces since 2003 when he started the
conscription in ED: During the 22- year service LTC Teppo has served on multiple command
and staff positions, including the company command in Kuperjanovi Infantry Bn and service
in the 1st Estonian Brigade HQ. Before assuming command of the Kuperjanovi Infantry Bn in
June 2025, LTC Teppo was leading the Estonian Division G5.

He has graduated the Estonian Military Academy basic course in 2007 and intermediate
course in 2019, earning his first master´s degree in military science and technology. In 2022
he graduated the US Army Command and General Staff College, earning his second master´s
degree.

Currently LTC Teppo is the commanding officer of the Kuperjanovi Infantry Battallion,
located in Võru, Estonia.
