Luc Ruyssinck

Luc Ruyssinck has been working within the OCCAR Executive Agency since September 2021, responsible for the integration of all new Programmes into OCCAR until their initial contract signature. In 2024, he was appointed as the Head of the Small Programmes Division, grouping a series of Programmes that have a lean management concept in common.

Prior to his OCCAR positions, Luc served as a Colonel in the Belgian Armed Forces and has extensive experience in Programme management, Command, Logistics, and Aeronautical and Software projects. With over 30 years working in Defence, Luc has also established a rich experience in Multinational Cooperation, Strategy Development and Change Management.
