Simon de Claville Christiansen brings more than a decade of operational experience from the Danish Army, spanning tactical logistics, military policing, and leadership of units in both national and international missions. Having commanded supply and support elements of up to 140 personnel, he has developed a deep understanding of how mobility, protection, and sustainment interact under real operational pressure.
His background in logistics, intelligence, and military police operations — including service at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul — has given him first‑hand insight into the friction, complexity, and constant adaptation required in modern operations. Simon’s work often centres on creating clarity, coherence, and practical solutions in environments where tempo, threat, and uncertainty are defining factors.
Today, he uses this operational insight to bridge the gap between defence requirements and industrial capabilities. With an ability to translate military challenges into practical, technically grounded solutions, he contributes to developing more flexible, secure, and planning‑friendly approaches to fuel and sustainment operations in contested environments.
